Congrats to doctoral student, Laura-Kate Gonyea Huse. Her paper, entitled “Am I Appalachian? Sensemaking of Appalachian identity through personal, cultural, and media interactions,” received the Top Paper Award 2018 National Communication Association, Division of Applied Communication.
